A piece of ICT history in Turin becomes part of the VINCI Group

In Italy, on June 25th, VINCI Energies and the Sintesi Group (Sirecom Srl) signed an acquisition agreement that allows the multinational French to further expand its skills in Italy in the ICT sector. On the one hand, VINCI Energies − specialized in energy services and information and communication technology − has acquired the services and solutions offered by the company of the Sirecom Srl group, thus strengthening the presence of its Axians brand on the Italian territory. On the other hand, the Sintesi Group – qualified in the redesign of business processes, implementation of data infrastructures, building automation and optimization of energy consumption – has strengthened its offer, placing it in a perspective of further growth in addition to its 35 years of experience already acquired.

Thomas Ernst, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mario Capellari, CEO of VINCI Energies Italia, underlined that the specific skills of the Sintesi Group, in the retail segment, are in line with their strategy, so as to allow VINCI Energies   to face and promote the digital and energy transformation, already underway for some time in Italy. For their part, Massim Ivul, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Roberto Corraro, CEO of Gruppo Sintesi (Sirecom Srl), emphasized the innovative capacity of a brand like Axians at an international level able to give a further boost to a company that has set itself the goal of facing the rapid changes in technology and related services.
