This is how we greeted our ICT Girls yesterday, the students who participated in the first edition of the VINCI Energies Italia Adoption Program, the project that aims to operate a small cultural revolution starting from schools, encouraging girls to undertake a training and professional path in the STEM field.

In recent months we have seen these students grow, get excited, freely express their passions and their curiosity for the world of ICT that even today, due to numerous gender stereotypes, is considered a male prerogative.

A special thanks to our Tech Experts of Axians Italia Antonio Rotunno, Corrado Bernardi, Domenico Silletti, Massimo Nappi, Michele Garriba, Natasha Di Marzio, Sauro Straccali and Stefano De Falco for accompanying the students along this path with professionalism and humanity.

Thanks to Giulia Roberti, Talent Attraction and Engagement Project Manager of Axians Italia, and Rossella Alfieri, Head of Marketing of VINCI Energies Italia, for transmitting the human value of this initiative.
