We have started with the VINCI Energies Italia Adoption Program!

Two days of training at secondary schools that joined this first edition:

• Pascal Institute, Rome
• Liceo Scientifico Statale Democrito, Ostia
• Antonio Labriola Scientific High School, Ostia

Giulia Roberti, Talent Attraction and Engagement Project Manager of Axians Italia, and Rossella Alfieri, Head of Marketing of VINCI Energies Italia, conveyed to the students the reasons for this project and the commitment of our Group in cultivating new talents.

Afterwards, our tech experts Antonio Rotunno and Sauro Stracalli illustrated to the girls the modules they will face together during the program.

The first step of a project that, starting from schools, wants to operate a small cultural revolution, encouraging girls to undertake a training and professional path in the STEM field.
