The new company of VINCI Energies in Italy will have more than 50 employees and a revenue of over 12 million euro.
Milano, 04th January 2024. VINCI Energies – one of the main players in the field of infrastructure, industry, ICT and in the services sector – announces that its Board of Directors in Italy has approved the merger project between VINCI Facilities Italia S.r.l. Società Benefit and Elphi VM S.r.l., companies fully owned by the Group.
This operation gives birth to VINCI Energies Building Solutions Italia S.r.l. Società Benefit, a single company made up of over 50 people and an revenue of 12 million euro. Building Solutions is VINCI Energies business line dedicated to buildings. Every day, the companies of this network design, build, maintain and exploit low-impact, liveable and performant buildings.
The new company of VINCI Energies in Italy, based in Milan, will serve to consolidate the technical skills of installation, maintenance and plant management, with the aim of covering the entire value chain and supporting the flexibility and speed required by the market.
The President of the newly formed company will be Thomas Panozzo, current Country Managing Director of VINCI Energies in Italy, while the position of Managing Director will be held by Maurizio Della Fornace..
